Open Days

The building is usually open on the second Sunday of each month, with a 3 week period of extended opening during the Edinburgh Festival Fringe. On our open days, visitors are welcome to take a guided tour or explore at their leisure.  Admittance is free.

Tours and Talks

Tours and talks for private parties outside our scheduled open days can also be arranged. Please visit visitmansfieldtraquair.uk for further information. There is a small charge levied for visits outside our open days, and all money is used to fund the ongoing maintenance of the building and murals.

Please note that all private visits require at least 7 days notice.

Accessibility

The Mansfield Traquair Centre is wheelchair accessible, and small number of seats are also available for the comfort of visitors.
